#FridayBookShare is a book meme created by Shelley Wilson

With the weekend approaching it’s the perfect time to seek out new books to read, so I’ve created a Friday Book Share game to help search for that ideal read.

Anyone can have a go – all you need to do is answer the following questions based on the book you are currently reading/finished reading this week and use the hashtag #FridayBookShare

First line of the book.

Recruit fans by adding the book blurb.

Introduce the main character using only three words.

Delightful design (add the cover image of the book).

Audience appeal (who would enjoy reading this book?)

Your favourite line/scene.

So here is my #FridayBookShare:

Just finished this book yesterday so review will be up in a few weeks (I’ll link it here once its out) said book is ‘In The Flesh‘ by K. D. Grace

  • First line:

“Susan, this is going to sound completely barking, but I think he might be God”

  • Recruit fans by adding the blurb:

“When Susan Innes comes to visit her friend, Annie Rivers, in Chapel House, the deconsecrated church that Annie is renovating into a home, she discovers her outgoing friend changed, reclusive, secretive, and completely enthralled by a mysterious lover, whose presence is always felt, but never seen, a lover whom she claims is god. As her holiday turns into a nightmare, Susan must come to grips with the fact that her friend’s lover is neither imaginary nor is he human, and even worse, he’s turned his wandering eye on Susan, and he won’t be denied his prize. If Susan is to fight an inhuman stalker intent on having her as his own, she’ll need a little inhuman help”.

  • Introduce the main character:

Head strong, brave, lustful

  • Delightful design:

  • Audience:

I kid you not this book is perfect for Supernatural fans. Supernatural as in TV show supernatural or pretty much for fans who just like anything supernatural mixed with erotica.

  • Your favorite line:

Ironically my favorite line is also the first line in the book. 😀

“Susan, this is going to sound completely barking, but I think he might be God”
